TRODAD is looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our team and work on cutting-edge AI-powered products. If you're passionate about building intelligent applications using Large Language Models, LangChain, and conversational AI, this role is for you

Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh (On-site)

What You'll Work On:

You'll be working on three exciting AI-powered products:

1. Swiftme - AI-Powered Freelancer Bid Writing Extension

2. Build an intelligent Chrome/browser extension that helps freelancers write winning proposals

3. Integrate LLMs to analyze job posts and generate personalized bid content

4. Implement context-aware writing assistance and proposal optimization

5. Chatbots & Conversational AI

6. Develop intelligent chatbots for customer support and engagement

7. Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for knowledge-based responses

8. Create multi-turn conversation flows with memory and context handling

9. LLM Integration & Custom Solutions- Design and implement LangChain workflows for various use cases

10. Fine-tune and optimize LLM prompts for specific business needs

11. Build AI agents and autonomous systems using LangChain frameworks

What You'll Work On:

• Building and deploying LangChain-based applications and AI workflows

• Integrating multiple LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, local models) into production systems

• Developing prompt engineering strategies and chain architectures

• Implementing vector databases and semantic search solutions

• Creating AI agents with tool-calling capabilities

• Optimizing LLM responses for accuracy, cost, and latency

• Building browser extensions with AI capabilities

• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features

What We're Looking For:

Required

• Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience in AI/ML development or software engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with LangChain framework

• Solid understanding of LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, etc.) and their APIs

• Experience with prompt engineering and chain orchestration

• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development

• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS)

• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns

• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript for extension development

• Problem-solving mindset with clean, maintainable coding practices

• Education: Bachelor's degree in CSE, IT, AI/ML, or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience building browser extensions (Chrome/Firefox)

• Knowledge of fine-tuning LLMs and working with HuggingFace

• Experience packaging and deploying fine-tuned models (GGUF, safetensors, model quantization)

• Familiarity with LangSmith for debugging and monitoring

• Experience with streaming responses and real-time AI applications

• Understanding of AI safety and responsible AI practices

• Knowledge of embeddings and semantic similarity

• Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks

• Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects
