Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our AI Governance and Risk Management Platform as well as other software applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective and efficient solutions. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, scalable code, performing code reviews, ensuring the responsiveness and efficiency of applications, and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years working across both backend and frontend.
  • Strong experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF); skilled at building secure, scalable APIs and data models.
  • Proficiency in , TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, with a strong focus on building responsive, accessible, and performant UIs.
  • Deep understanding of OOP, software design patterns, and clean code principles.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize distributed systems, including database schema design, caching strategies, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and rigorous automated testing frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience building SaaS products from scratch, including early architecture decisions and scaling systems to production.
  • Comfortable owning the full development lifecycle and mentoring other engineers.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with product managers, designers, and AI/ML teams.
