The Role:

We're seeking a Flutter Developer with AI integration experience who takes complete ownership of their work—from concept to deployment and beyond. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that leverage artificial intelligence capabilities, and you'll own every aspect of your projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications with integrated AI features
  • Take full ownership of projects from ideation through deployment, maintenance, and optimization
  • Integrate AI/ML models and services (TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit, OpenAI APIs, or similar) into mobile applications
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Make architectural decisions and take responsibility for their outcomes
  • Proactively identify issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability for your deliverables
  • Stay current with Flutter, Dart, and AI/ML trends and best practices
  • Own the quality of your work through comprehensive testing and code reviews

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional Flutter development experience
  • Proven experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of Dart programming language
  • Hands-on experience with AI services/frameworks (TensorFlow Lite, Firebase ML, OpenAI API, Gemini API, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
  • Portfolio demonstrating shipped Flutter applications with AI features

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with computer vision, NLP, or generative AI implementations
  • Knowledge of on-device ML optimization and model deployment
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience with both iOS and Android platform-specific requirements
  • Understanding of AI prompt engineering and LLM integration
