Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
AI Developer
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize advanced AI/ML models that power our next-generation products. This is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects, expand your expertise, and contribute to pioneering AI-driven innovations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for production use.
  • Work extensively with frameworks such as
    PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace
    .
  • Conduct research, prototyping, and experimentation for AI-driven solutions.
  • Apply
    NLP and LLM techniques
    (e.g., transformers, seq2seq, generative AI).
  • Integrate
    vector databases
    and
    RAG pipelines
    (self RAG, auto RAG).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI products.

Core Skills & Expertise

Programming & Tools

  • Advanced Python programming with strong knowledge of
    NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib
    .
  • Proficiency in
    PyTorch, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain
    .

AI/ML Knowledge

  • Solid grasp of ML algorithms (SVM, Random Forest) and DL models (CNN, RNN, LSTM).
  • Deep understanding of loss functions, optimizers, and fine-tuning methods.
  • Strong foundation in
    NLP, LLMs
    (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral), and
    prompt engineering
    .

Nice to Have

  • API development with
    FastAPI
    (or similar frameworks).
  • Experience with
    Docker
    and deployment workflows.
  • Data manipulation and visualization skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or

related fields
.

  • Proven experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment in production.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
