We're hiring a Senior Product Manager – Payments Infrastructure at Fin.

Fin is building the infrastructure layer for global stablecoin payments, enabling enterprises to move money across borders through modern rails; replacing SWIFT with instant, low-cost settlements powered by stablecoins.

Our APIs power wallets, payouts, cards, and treasury orchestration across 100+ countries, and we're already processing $4B+ in signed TPV. Backed by operators from Deel, Brex, and Venmo, we're scaling quickly and looking for a product leader to help build the future of global payments.

The Role

As Senior Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure, you'll operate at the intersection of traditional banking systems and crypto-native payment rails. You will:


• Design compliant, scalable cross-border payment flows


• Partner with banks, PSPs, and settlement networks to expand Fin's global coverage


• Lead technical integrations and optimize routing for speed, cost, and reliability


• Drive Fin's product vision for next-generation stablecoin settlement infrastructure

What We're Looking For


• 5+ years in product management at payment infrastructure companies, fintechs, neobanks, or remittance platforms


• Deep understanding of cross-border rails, correspondent banking, local clearing systems, and compliance (KYC/AML, sanctions, monitoring)


• Experience working directly with banking partners or PSPs on technical integrations


• Background in stablecoins, blockchain settlement, or digital asset payment systems is a strong plus
