Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandise Manager located in Dhaka. The Senior Merchandise Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily merchandising activities, managing the product assortment, coordinating with the sales and inventory management teams, and ensuring effective communication with customers. They will also be involved in refining customer service processes, enhancing the sales strategy, and optimizing inventory management to meet the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Assortment management
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the retail or apparel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
