Role Overview:

We are hiring an Executive, Compliance (Australia Destination) to join our Banani team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complete Australian education process and can ensure accuracy in compliance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide students with accurate counselling for Australia (programs, institutions, requirements).

Manage the entire compliance process: application preparation, GTE assessment, visa documentation, and submission.

Ensure all cases follow Australian High Commission and university guidelines.

Communicate with students regularly through phone calls and follow-ups.

Work closely with counsellors and the processing team to maintain
100% accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (
BBA background preferred

).

6 months – 1 year of work experience in an educational consultancy firm, specifically handling Australia applications. (this is must )

Strong knowledge of counselling, GTE, application, and visa processing for Australia.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills, especially over phone calls.

Detail-oriented, time-bound, and able to handle student cases with responsibility.
