We are seeking a
highly skilled
and experienced Senior Technical Manager (Ladieswear – Fit Specialist) to lead our technical development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in garment construction, fit, and pattern processes, along with strong leadership and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical development of ladieswear garments, ensuring precise fit, silhouette, and construction.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and QA teams to meet aesthetic and functional garment standards.
  • Oversee fitting sessions, analyze sample evaluations, and ensure timely implementation of corrections.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturers to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure all patterns align with production and cost requirements without compromising quality.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting best practices across the department.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Garment Technology, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 8–10 years of experience in technical and production management, especially in woven and denim garments.
  • Expertise in garment construction, pattern making, marker planning, shrinkage management, and sewing operations.
  • Experience managing sample for major international buyers (e.g., Walmart, Levi's, H&M, Zara, C&A ,Old neavy , GAp).
  • Strong skills in defect root cause analysis, implementing preventive measures, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in preparing and maintaining technical files, SOPs, and sample evaluation reports.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and productivity improvement practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills — able to manage, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams.
