Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior SEO Specialist

to lead and optimize our global digital presence. The role requires expertise in SEO strategy, campaign management, analytics, and collaboration across content, design, and development teams to drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

●       Develop and implement effective
SEO strategies

(on-page, off-page, technical).

●       Conduct
keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization

for maximum visibility.

●       Manage and optimize
website performance

(Core Web Vitals, schema, site speed, crawlability).

●       Plan and execute
paid campaigns (Google Ads, Bing etc.)

to support SEO goals.

●       Monitor SEO performance using
Google Analytics, GSC, GTM, SEMrush/Ahrefs

and report insights.

●       Lead
link-building campaigns

: guest posts, web 2.0, business listings, bookmarking, etc.

●       Optimize and oversee
social media, blogs, and landing pages

for lead generation.

●       Ensure
brand consistency

across all digital platforms.

●       Stay updated with
SEO & digital marketing trends, AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)

●       Collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers for
end-to-end SEO execution

.

Requirements

●       Proven experience (5+ years) in
SEO

with measurable results.

●       Strong knowledge of
Google algorithms, ranking factors, and AI search evolution

.

●       Proficiency in
SEO tools

(Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).

●       Experience with
paid ads (Google, Bing)

.

●       Strong grasp of
technical SEO, structured data, reflag, canonicalisation

.

●       Excellent communication and content writing/editing skills.

●       Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
