About this Role:

We are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to support our performance marketing efforts across Google Ads. Reporting to the Paid Search Manager, this role focuses on the execution, analysis, and optimisation of campaigns across our global markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and data-driven marketer to deepen their SEM expertise in a high-growth, global business. You'll be supported by an experienced team with opportunities to expand your responsibilities as you grow.

What we need you to Do:

  • Assist in the setup, execution, and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns.
    Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement across key metrics such as CTR, CLV ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
    Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and QA ad copy variations and extensions.
  • Support landing page testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • 3/4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools and techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
