As a
Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development:

Design, develop, and deploy product features with scalability, performance, and reliability in mind.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, designers, and data engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- System Architecture:

Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure a stable and extensible product foundation.
- Code Quality:

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code; conduct peer reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Product Mindset:

Advocate for user experience, usability, and business value in all engineering work.
- Continuous Improvement:

Monitor performance, debug issues, and propose enhancements for product stability and scalability.
- Innovation:

Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute ideas for new features or product improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–6 years

of hands-on experience in software/product engineering.
- Strong proficiency in
Python, , or Java

(experience with full-stack is a plus).
- Familiarity with
cloud platforms

(AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with
databases

(SQL/NoSQL) and designing scalable APIs.
- Strong understanding of
software design principles

and product-oriented development.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a
fast-paced startup environment

with ownership and accountability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with
    AI/ML-powered products

or data-intensive systems.
- Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines

- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Previous experience in
MarTech, AdTech, or SaaS platforms
