CreatoCare is a BizTech agency offering digital marketing & product development solutions. We're now launching a SaaS platform for SMEs - a digital friend & growth partner to make entrepreneurship simpler.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka for a Product Development. The Product Development Manager will oversee the development and enhancement of a SaaS product. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, managing product life cycles, collaborating with R&D teams, and driving sales initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science and Engineering, or a related field

Qualifications

·      Ability to design and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals

·      Skilled in conducting market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities and gaps

·      Experienced in applying Agile and Lean methodologies for fast and iterative product development

·      Capable of understanding technical processes in software development, UI/UX, and digital platforms

·      Strong in financial planning, budgeting, and ROI evaluation for product initiatives

·      Proficient in leading cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers

·      Effective in communicating with stakeholders through presentations, reports, and negotiations

·      Adept at problem solving and decision making in dynamic environments

·      Creative in driving innovation and delivering user-focused, scalable solutions

·      Organized in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and deadlines

Professional Experience

·
 2–3 years of experience in product management or product development

·      Experience in startup ecosystems, SME development, or digital products is a strong plus
