Job Description

  • Establish and Drive the Enterprise Agile Product Development Culture in Digital Product Development Process for MyBL Super-App within Banglalink Digital & Augmented Resources pool
  • Lead a team of product development Engineer, business analysts, product owners, application developers, service delivery specialists and service owners accountable to lead all aspects of the end-to-end design, architecture, planning, and delivery of Digital Platform
  • Create and ownership of All Digital Platforms like MyBL Suepr-App, Web Product Backlog for the millions of users
  • Working alongside with Product Owners across digital channel, Recharge, Digital Services, AdTech, Telco Products & CX, responsible for developing and maintaining the roadmap for new features and optimizations stories of MyBL Super-App, backed by customer insight.
  • Use data-driven insights to prioritize backlog items, maximize value, and enhance funnel conversion.
  • Work closely with engineers, UX designers, marketers, analytics experts, and researchers to deliver superior customer experiences.
  • Apply design thinking and empathy to balance technology with a human touch in digital operations and customer journeys.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Digital Delivery, IT, Sales, Service, Marketing, CVM, and external agencies for end-to-end delivery.
  • Lead QA and UAT processes, ensuring high-quality digital product releases through structured testing and stakeholder signoffs.
  • Build and manage a high-performing QA team, including training, performance management, and continuous skill development.

Academic Qualification- Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology

Job Experience Required- 5-8 years' experience working as a (preferably within the telecoms industry)

  • Strong knowledge and understanding on digital products, digital lead funnel management customer journeys, UI/UX and analytics
  • Servant leadership mind-set
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Agile tools
  • Good communication, BI and advanced MS-excel skills- Ability to work effectively with and lead cross functional team
