Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development Engineer located in Dhaka. The Product Development Engineer will be responsible for developing
mechanical designs
and
technical drawings
for projects using industry standard softwares. Participate in
Research & Development (R&D)
activities to enhance product performance and efficiency. Conduct
client visits
as needed for project understanding, coordination and support. Assist with
project planning
design reviews and technical documentation. Daily responsibilities include creating detailed specifications, prototyping, testing, analyzing product performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvements is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong command of
    mechanical engineering principles and methodologies
  • Proficient in
    SolidWorks, AutoCAD
    and
    MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of
    SketchUP
    and
    Revit
    is an added advantage.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to troubleshoot complex problems
  • Experience in Product Development and Product Design is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative and contribute proactively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
