1000FiX Services Ltd. is Bangladesh's only ISO-certified service provider for IT, Mobile/Tablet, and Home Appliance repair. 1000FiX leads in after-sales support across IT, mobile devices, consumer electronics, and networking products in the country.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
 - Forecast workforce needs and plan recruitment, retention, and succession strategies.
 
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring it attracts top talent.
 - Develop and implement on-boarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively.
 - Implement performance management systems to evaluate and develop employee performance.
 
Employee Relations:
- Enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
 - Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
 - Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
 
HR Administration:
- Oversee HR administration tasks such as employee records management, HRIS maintenance, and compliance reporting.
 - Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective, implementing automation and process improvements where possible.
 - Manage employee relations documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
 
Administrative Functions:
- Supervise administrative staff and functions such as facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.
 - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
 
Additional Requirements:
- Adaptable, Pro-active, Innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently.
 - Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015.
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 - Should have excellent people management skills.
 - Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
 - Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
 - Good command in both written and spoken English.
 - Good inter-personal & communication skills.
 - Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
 - Computer literate (MS office, Excel, Power Point)
 
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
 - At least 3 years
 
Compensation & Other Benefits
- T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund
 - Annual Bonus

 - Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
 - Salary Review: Yearly
 - Festival Bonus: 2 (Two)
 
Salary: BDT 35,000, negotiable based on experience & expertise.
