Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive HR based in Mirpur. The Executive HR will handle HR management and operations, manage employee relations, develop and enforce HR policies, and oversee general human resources functions. The role includes daily activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is a plus
