We are on the lookout for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Professional to join one of our growing FMCG unit. This position plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources practices with the strategic objectives of the organization. We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates both strong technical expertise and having passion for shape culture, lead transformation, and contribute directly to the success of a forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations

  • Implement and manage effective performance management and employee development initiatives

  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with applicable laws and aligned with organizational goals

  • Support organizational change, drive employee engagement, and promote a positive workplace culture

  • Advise and collaborate with departmental heads on manpower planning, talent development, and succession planning

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10-13 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in structured and growth-oriented FMCG organizations

  • Strong command of HR best practices, labor laws, and HRIS systems

  • Proven leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline along with PGDHRM.
