Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for the position of Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, generating leads, and building strong client relationships to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include enhancing channel sales, identifying potential clients, maintaining ongoing customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies. The role requires communication with stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions to clients for their specific commercial or industrial needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
  • Skills in Sales Operations to manage and streamline the sales process effectively.
  • Familiarity with Channel Sales for developing and managing distribution networks.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in fire protection or electro-mechanical product sales is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications is a plus.
