About the Role
YouthBees is hiring motivated and confident Student Sales Executives who can work online and support our outreach, sales, and communication activities. This role is ideal for university students who want to gain practical experience in sales, lead management, and professional communication while continuing their studies.
Key Responsibilities
Stay available online during assigned hours for communication and task management
Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Make outbound calls to students, parents, and potential leads
Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and social media
Manage and update lead information using CRM or Google Sheets
Follow up with leads and guide them through the service or program details
Focus on achieving monthly sales targets and closing deals
Support the YouthBees team in campaigns, outreach activities, and promotions
Submit weekly performance updates and activity reports
Requirements
Must be a currently enrolled university student
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English
Comfortable making calls and interacting with people
Good command of MS Office and Google Applications
Familiarity with social media platforms
Responsible, motivated, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
