Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 1 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

Experience:

 within an IT training, education environment.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of
    IT training programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our sales and business development initiatives in the IT training and education sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT training programs—including Web Development, Graphics Design, Digital Marketing, Microsoft, Networking, and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence—and have a proven ability to generate new business, nurture client relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the IT training domain.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with academic institutions and individual learners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of IT training products and services, including Web Development, Grahics Design, Digital Marketing, Microsoft, Networking, and AI-focused courses.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
