Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls (domestic & international) in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers worldwide.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement and service quality across all communication channels.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Meet key performance targets including call handling time, response rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve customer support services.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and international call center best practices.

Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's Degree/Honors or Diploma in any discipline.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the following industries is preferred:
  • Telecommunication
  • Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
  • Tele sales
  • Digital Services Sales
  • E-commerce & Online Sales

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bengali.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong team player with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience handling international customer service or support calls is a strong advantage.
