Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive – Internal Audit (Factory Accounts & Finance)

Job Requirements:

  • CA (CC or Part Qualified), and BBA from a reputed university.
  • Minimum
    3 year(s)
    of relevant experience in
    factory-level internal/pre-audit
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing / Industrial Companies
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, production process flow
    , and
    cost control systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    pre-audit of factory-level transactions
    , including purchase, production, payroll, inventory, and expense vouchers to ensure compliance with company policy and internal controls
  • Review and verify supporting documentation for all factory expenditures before approval
  • Identify control gaps, operational inefficiencies, and non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data at factory level for consolidation in head office accounts
  • Assist in preparation of
    monthly management reports
    and support
    external/statutory audits
  • Perform surprise cash counts, inventory verification
    , and reconciliation of production reports with financial records
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for all internal audit findings
  • Coordinate with factory management and the central accounts team to implement audit recommendations

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and integrity
  • Sound knowledge of
    VAT, Tax, and Labor law compliance
    relevant to manufacturing operations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
    (Experience in Odoo will get preference)
