Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Senior Executive will oversee daily operations, develop strategic plans to achieve business goals, collaborate with different departments, and ensure compliance with policies. The role also involves analyzing financial reports, managing resources, and improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and business development
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and resource management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proven experience in the relevant industry or sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
