About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support technical documentation and integration requirements for enterprise-level systems. This role is ideal for candidates with a Computer Science or Engineering background and experience bridging business needs with system-level solutions. Prior exposure to third-party integrations and enterprise platforms is essential. The position requires working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements for new system features, enhancements, or integrations.

  • Analyze business processes and system workflows to identify gaps and improvement areas.

  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including interface specs, system design documents, use case scenarios, and integration flows.

  • Act as a liaison between business teams and development/engineering teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners for system integration activities, including API coordination, authentication, and data flow design.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system configuration, and issue resolution.

  • Maintain documentation repositories and version control to support audit readiness and team collaboration.

  • Assist in training and onboarding internal users regarding system changes or new integrations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • years of experience in business/system analysis, with a focus on enterprise systems and third-party integrations.
  • Experience documenting system workflows, APIs, and technical requirements for web-based or ERP platforms.

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, data mapping, and authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, SSO).

  • Strong communication and documentation skills in English.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Temenos, or other enterprise solutions is a strong plus.
