As System Analyst / Database Developer, your duties will include but not be limited to:

· Develop and manage ICT-based monitoring and decision-support systems for real-time project tracking.

· Design and implement a web-based GIS platform for data collection, analysis, and reporting.

· Integrate data from field surveys, environmental and social compliance, and progress monitoring into the system.

· Ensure system security, data backup, and disaster recovery mechanisms.

· Train project staff on system usage, data entry, and report generation.

· Provide ongoing technical support and system enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
 

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

· Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in developing ICT systems for project monitoring.

· Proficiency in database management, GIS systems, and open-source development tools.
