Position Overview:
 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the technical team to deliver innovative, effective, and scalable solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of business challenges and recommend viable solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as User Stories, BRS, SRS, FRS, RTM, User Manuals, etc., in line with organizational policies.
  • Validate requirements with stakeholders using prototyping, wireframes, or other visualization techniques.
  • Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process or system improvement.
  • Translate requirements into actionable items for the technical team, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Manage cross-functional team communication and ensure adherence to SDLC processes across different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide end-user training, and ensure smooth post-implementation support.
  • Support change management initiatives by identifying risks, impacts, and mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in Business Analysis.

Required Expertise & Competencies

Technical

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science & engineering (CSE) or Business Administration (BBA) or any related field.
  • At least 03 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ECBA, CSPO, or similar) will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Redmine).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and system integration technologies (e.g., APIs).
  • Proven expertise in writing User Stories, BRS, FRS, and SRS (mandatory).

Behavioral
