Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements for ERP/Fintech system implementations or enhancements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
• Document detailed business and functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories to facilitate clear communication with the development team.
• Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of ERP/Fintech solutions within defined timelines and budgets.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements and facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business requirements and existing ERP/Fintech system capabilities, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Assist in defining test strategies, create test plans, and participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ERP/Fintech system functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of the implemented solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the implemented ERP/Fintech solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to ERP and Fintech systems as well as business analysis methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the ERP and/or Fintech domains.
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Extensive experience in gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and creating detailed documentation.
• Proficiency in utilizing various business analysis tools and techniques.
• Solid knowledge of ERP and Fintech systems and their modules (e.g., finance, supply chain, human resources, digital payments, transaction processing).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile development processes would be advantageous.
