About the Role:

We are looking for Business Analysts to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with an educational background in Finance, Business Management, or a related field from a reputed university.

You'll work onsite in a dynamic team environment and gain hands-on experience with banking systems, business analysis, and client engagement. We offer full training, mentorship, and long-term career growth in the financial technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business operations, processes, and goals.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to implement solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on operational efficiency, organizational structure, and market strategy
  • Attend TLC certification
  • Participate in Business Process and Review Analysis activities.
  • Design AA products (For both Conventional and Islamic Account, Deposit, Investment products), Need to learn about AA properties, AA product Conditions (Accounting, Allocation Rules, Events, Account, Activity API, Activity Charges, Activity Messaging, Activity Presentation, Activity Restriction, Activity Mapping, Payment Rules, Pay-out Rules, Charge Override, Change Product, Charge, Interest, Tax etc.).
  • Business Solutions Design Document (BSDD), Business Requirement document (BRD) and Functional solution document (FDS) preparation.
  • Participate Test Strategy like Unit Testing, System Testing, Non-Functional Testing, Migration Testing, Business Process Testing, UAT Testing, Dress Rehearsal.
  • Work as an active member of Data Reconciliation during migration.
  • Take part in Data Migration (Before & After Go live) Process.
  • Maintain correspondence with Temenos Help Desk to resolve problems/mismatches.
  • Conduct Induction Training and Train the trainer to Client.

  • Fresh graduates or junior professionals with up to 1–2 years of experience in Banking or non-banking financial institute.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Management, or related fields from a reputable university.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proactive team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Interest in banking systems, product configuration, and financial technology.
