The Role

We're looking for a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to design and lead Olwel's next phase of growth across both
B2C and B2B channels
.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing partnership models, and leading a small, high-performing team focused on growth, engagement, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    B2C and B2B growth strategies
    to drive Olwel's scale-up.
  • Identify and negotiate
    partnerships
    with corporates, pharmacies, diagnostic networks, and digital platforms.
  • Build and manage
    strategic sales and partnership pipelines
    aligned with revenue and expansion goals.
  • Lead the
    business development team
    , providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.
  • Conduct
    market and competitor analyses
    to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the
    product and operations teams
    to refine service offerings based on user feedback and business insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years
    of experience in business development, growth, or partnerships — preferably in healthcare, telecom, or digital services.
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment will be an advanta
