NWC Education is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build partnerships, and strengthen our brand presence in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with universities, agents, and partner institutions.

Create and execute business growth strategies to meet recruitment and revenue targets.

Manage and mentor the counsellor and marketing teams to ensure performance goals are achieved.

Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and student demand to guide management decisions.

Maintain strong relationships with existing university partners and ensure smooth communication.

Represent NWC Education at events, exhibitions, and institutional meetings.

Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for management.

Work closely with the marketing and compliance teams to improve student conversion and satisfaction.

Support the development of new projects or campaigns assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–4 years' experience in business development or education consultancy.

Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work
