Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The specialist will handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company's IT systems, ensuring smooth network administration and security. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving hardware and software issues, implementing and monitoring network security measures, and providing technical support to employees across departments. Collaboration with other teams to maintain optimal IT performance and security will also be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Network Administration and Network Security to ensure efficient and secure system management
  • Strong capabilities in Information Technology tasks, including managing software and hardware systems
  • Advanced Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Customer Service skills to provide technical support and training to non-technical staff when required
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
  • Experience or background in managing IT systems in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications) are an advantage
