Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Call Center Specialist located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The specialist will handle incoming phone calls, provide excellent customer service, and manage receptionist duties. Additional responsibilities include coordinating communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Basic Computer Literacy and ability to use office software tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience in call center or front desk roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in office management is a bonus
