Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology System Administrator based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The System Administrator will oversee the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of IT systems, ensure the reliable operation of network infrastructure, and provide technical support to team members. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing system backups and security, and responding promptly to technical incidents. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to align IT solutions with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in System Administration and Network Administration
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals, protocols, and best practices
  • Familiarity with managing system security, updates, and backups
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate technical information clearly
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with IT infrastructure in a professional working environment is an advantage
