Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will be Responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Both qualitative and quantitative sales targets are met to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for identifying and develop new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is:

The role will support for the ABB Bangladesh Ltd for Electrification Smart Buildings Business to be based at Dhaka, Bangladesh.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Increase sales of ABB UPS and AVC solutions by identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle while maintaining effective customer relationships.
  • Deliver technical support through site assessments, configuration, installation, commissioning, diagnosing problems, and ensuring reliable system performance.
  • Coordinate service activities such as preventive maintenance, spare parts management, and provide technical guidance or training to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to expand market reach, support business growth, and create added value through effective sales and marketing practices.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical & Electronic Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in ABB UPS, AVC, Power Protection, and LV Switchgear products.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and negotiation skills to meet business objectives.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capability and sound decision-making skills.
  • Proficient analytical and presentation skills to support sales activities and planning.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for customer visits and business needs.
