Job Title: Sales Manager – Eco Brick Manufacturing Industry

Location: Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 5–8 Years in Sales (Preferred: Construction Materials, Building Solutions, or Relevant Manufacturing Sector)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  2. Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, real estate developers, architects, corporate clients, and dealers.

  4. Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client negotiations.

  5. Lead and guide the sales team to drive business growth and achieve KPIs.

  6. Maintain market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.

  7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Requirements:

  1. 5–8 years proven sales experience in construction materials, building products, industrial manufacturing, or a related field.

  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

  3. Ability to meet targets and handle high‐value client portfolios.

  4. Willingness to travel nationwide for business development.

  5. Team leadership experience is an added advantage.

  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
