Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to grow the client base, lead sales initiatives, and position digital solutions including SAP services, cloud services, managed services, IT infrastructure, custom web applications, and mobile apps- essential tools for business transformation. This role blends leadership, customer engagement, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:

  • To build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • To identify new business opportunities through networking, outbound outreach, partnerships, and industry events.
  • To conduct client meetings, demos, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand customer needs.
  • To negotiate and close deals to meet the revenue targets.
  • To plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, and partner networks.
  • To monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine positioning.
  • To collaborate with technical teams to create compelling solution narratives and marketing materials.
  • To lead negotiations and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • To identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • To design and implement integrated marketing plans to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • To establish strong relationships with digital account managers, partner managers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs, tenders, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding and experience of selling SAP ERP or SAP implementation service offerings
  • Strong understanding and experience of selling Cloud solutions (Azure)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or IT from a well-recognized university.
  • Master's in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within IT, software services, or related industries.
