Job Context
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Business Analyst
to join our
Enterprise Solution – Business Development
team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging business requirements with technology solutions, driving digital transformation through effective communication, analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify the business scope and opportunities from customer requirements.
• Clearly understand the customer requirement and prepare scope for the solution development.
• Prepare meeting minutes and communicate business requirements to the technology team, ensuring that all requirements are properly implemented.
• Act as a resource to assist project/development team in Software product development.
• Attend client meetings (physical/virtual) to gather development requirements when necessary.
• Assess and address technical risks from the development point of view for a requirement.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for driving improvements, enhancements and/or creations of new applications.
• Work closely with development/regulatory/product/business teams in an agile environment to refine and support the development, testing, and release of functionality.
• Develop technical proposals & documentations (i.e., white paper, case study, expertise in specific technology, architecture, etc.)
• Work collaboratively, act as a subject matter expert and work in a team environment to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Manage pressure effectively and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents with a clear understanding of the requirements and specifications of the prospective customers.
• Follow up clients on the project's updates
• Follow up and maintain good communication with the departments to get updates on the development progress and to finish the project in due time.
• Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
• Collaborate with external third parties when necessary to develop or enhance solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as required.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports, including daily meeting notes and daily activity summaries.

KSAOs that You Will Require to Succeed in this Role

• Deep knowledge and working experience in Web Application Development, Apps Development, E-commerce/ Organizational Website Development, Customized Solution Development, Chat-bot, Domain, Hosting server etc.
• Good understanding of the Information Technology industry, Enterprise Solution Market and should have experience to deal with client in the corporate sector.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent business communication, negotiation, and formal presentation skill.
• Good analytical, planning and coordination skill.
• Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel and Power-point.
• Use of Trendy and useful AI Tools.
• A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, pro-activeness and good communication skills is a MUST for this position.
• Strong aptitude to learn new technologies and leverage business analysis skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet hard deadlines.
• Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities/projects for self and others.

Your Education and Experience

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science and Engineering from any UGC approved reputed university.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience within Software/ Enterprise Solution/Information Technology sector with proven track record.
