Business Analyst (Python)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation:
  • Utilize Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn) to analyze chatbot interaction logs, user sentiment, conversation flows, and performance metrics.
  • Develop automated scripts and reports to track KPIs such as user satisfaction, intent recognition accuracy, and conversation fallback rates.
  • Synthesize data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement and new features.
  • Requirements Management:
  • Collaborate with remote stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications for our engineering team.
  • Model complex conversation workflows and decision trees to ensure logical and effective user experiences.
  • Stakeholder & Development Liaison:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the development team regarding business logic, clarifying requirements in a remote setting.
  • Facilitate remote meetings and workshops to ensure technical feasibility and maintain project alignment.
  • Create and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog.
  • Testing & Validation:
  • Work with QA to define test strategies based on business requirements.
  • Use analytical scripts to validate feature performance post-deployment and measure impact against defined success metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in CSE from a reputed university.
  • Professional Certification

: A recognised certification as a
"Python Business Analyst"

or equivalent credential that validates the application of "
Python for business analysis

" tasks.
- Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience.
