Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    Achieve Sales Target, prospect and onboard new B2B Clients, negotiate & close sales contracts.
  • Technical Support:
    Regular planned site visits to assess technical recommendation for lubricant, monitor product performance and customer feedback, look for new opportunities.
  • Account Management:
    Maintain strong rapport with all stakeholders at customer end for lubricant solution, prepare quotations, process Purchase order & delivery with follow up of payment. Proper communication between customer & management.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Contribute to sales strategy development, conduct market research & competitor analysis, provide timely forecast and pipeline report
  • Compliance & Safety:
    to uphold company compliances and safety measures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from a Reputed University
  • 1-2 years' industry experience is preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Analytically Problem-solving approach
  • Self-Motivated, process driven, with collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel frequently
