Job Description

  • Contribute to the formulation of both short and long-term strategies, aligning with organizational goals and divisional input.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate, validate, and align strategic plans and performance roadmaps.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive strategy documents and presentations that outline the company's vision, mission, strategic pillars, and key initiatives.
  • Support the development of financial models to evaluate different projects and investments under various scenarios.
  • Work closely with BI and planning teams to ensure accurate performance tracking of KPIs and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Perform market research to assess the impact of macroeconomic changes, analyze competitors to track trends in the core business, monitor shifts in digital verticals, and stay updated on regulatory developments
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures that could enhance the company's strategic position
  • Drive cost transformation initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Identify and assess emerging technologies through market scanning and vendor engagement to drive pilot projects and future-ready investments
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews to uncover improvement opportunities and recommend optimization measures.

Academic Qualification- BBA (Major in Finance/Marketing) or BSc/BSS in Economics, MBA/MSS/MSc will be an advantage

Job Experience Required- 3-5 Years Of Relevant Experience
Required Capabilities- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good knowledge of Telecom industry and impact of macro-economic changes
  • Knowledge of financial modelling, benchmarking, trends, forecasting and other analytical skill
  • Knowledge of Business strategy and project/ campaign management
  • Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
