Role: Brand Strategy Lead (Part-time)

Location: Hybrid (mostly remote, but we might bribe you with pizza for meetings)

Salary: BDT 8,000–12,000/month

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and pitch creative content ideas tailored to client needs and brand identity

  • Prepare engaging and effective copy, including captions, taglines, and campaign messaging

  • Coordinate with the design and video teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets

  • Manage client communication and ensure clarity on briefs, expectations, and feedback

  • Oversee and schedule content across social media platforms

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate?

You've managed a page before. Meme pages, fan accounts, and ammur cooking channel count as well. Don't worry

  • You have a sharp eye for trending content and a creative approach to storytelling

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You've got great communication skills

  • You're the person people go to when they need a good caption real quick

  • You can translate vague client comments into actual feedback.
