Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, and managing customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, presenting products and services, negotiating sales, and maintaining a database of customer interactions. The role also involves achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and offering strategic growth solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Outbound & Inbound Sales, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
