Asst. Manager Sales and Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in local and export markets.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product branding.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product quality and services.
  • Coordinate between production, logistics, and finance departments for smooth operation.
  • Communicate regularly with dealers/distributors to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts and market analysis reports to senior management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
