Position Overview:

  • Title: Sr. Executive, Business Development/Asst. Manager.
  • Experience Required: at least 2–3 years in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell SaaS, e-commerce website solutions, B2B solutions, and cloud-based email.

  • Deliver against business and pipeline goals, achieve the business KPIs and

  • Generating new leads through online communication and offline activities
  • Updating lead/customer information in the database as instructed. Build and

  • Attend events, market visits, and client meetings if required.
  • Familiar with CRM software like HubSpot, Asana, Odoo, and others.

Requirements & Skills:

  • BBA or MBA in Business Studies.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably focusing on
  • Software products, B2B solutions, and SaaS/cloud email solutions.
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Have experience in both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Experience planning, pitching, and documenting.
  • Knowledge of communication and negotiation strategy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range: 30K - 50K (monthly), based on skill and experience.
