Role Overview:
Executive, CRM role involves managing customer relationships through data analysis, campaign execution, and personalized communication to build loyalty and increase sales. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing customer retention programs, handling inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to create targeted promotions and loyalty programs. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills to understand customer behavior and preferences.
Key responsibilities:
Customer engagement and loyalty:
· Develop and manage customer loyalty programs, promotions, and special offers to encourage repeat business.
· Create and execute CRM campaigns that align with marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
· Segment customers based on data to personalize their experience and tailor communication effectively.
Data analysis and strategy:
· Analyze customer data to understand behavior, identify trends, and measure the impact of campaigns on business outcomes.
· Use data insights to inform sales and marketing strategies, including identifying new leads and opportunities.
· Maintain and manage the customer database to ensure accuracy and organization.
Customer support:
· Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
· Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Cross-functional collaboration:
· Work closely with marketing to create and deliver campaigns and promotional materials.
· Collaborate with sales to support their efforts and align on customer strategies.
· Share customer insights with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
Skills and qualifications:
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and metrics.
· Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant technology.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Experience with loyalty programs and customer journey mapping is often required.
· Emotional intelligence and a customer-centric mindset.
Salary Range:
BDT 25,000-30,000.
