Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for the position of Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales initiatives, identifying business opportunities, and addressing customer needs. This role will also include creating and executing sales strategies, maintaining account records, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client relationship management, customer support, and account handling
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and identifying new market opportunities
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools or relevant software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the food production or FMCG industry is an advantage
