Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone, promoting products and services, generating leads, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues. The role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships and working towards achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Proven expertise in Customer Support
  • Goal-oriented mindset and the ability to meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Fluent in Bangla and English
  • Prior telesales experience is an advantage
  • A positive and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
