Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dhaka for the Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, conducting market analysis, and driving sales growth. The role involves team management, coaching, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Team Management and Account Management
  • Analytical Skills to conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or related industry is a plus
