Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for an Authorized Trading Representative (AR). The individual will be responsible for business development, trade execution, client management tasks, providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with trading activities, and executing trades efficiently. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, sales and promotion of brokerage services, and offering product-related training or guidance to clients.

Qualifications

  • Licensed/Certified Authorized Trader
  • Experience in client relationship management, capital market, trade execution, portfolio management, with the ability to oversee and maintain client portfolios.
  • Skills in fundamental analysis, technical analysis, customer service and communication to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
  • Proficiency in business development, with the ability to promote services to potential clients and retain existing ones.
  • Capability in Training clients on listed instruments and stock brokerage services to boost their understanding and usage.
  • Relevant educational background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools (including use of AI) are a plus.
