Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Category Manager based in Dhaka. The Category Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product category management, conducting procurement, and managing contracts. Tasks include analyzing sales data, negotiating contracts with suppliers, developing procurement strategies, and enhancing sales performance. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure category profitability and growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Category Management and Procurement
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry is a plus
